Kait Dinunzio is a Professional Change Expert dealing with clients from all over North America from large businesses and professional sports teams, to local entrepreneurs. "On average, I'll hit between 25-30+ different gyms in a year because of business travel️ - it’s an enriching and awesome  opportunity to truly build a global community!" Kait is working her way to becoming a professional bodybuilder and coaches some of the best in the business as well. 

When Kait is in season, so is her family; she is the wife of an elite competitive athlete and also has a high school aged daughter who competes at a high level in multiple sports, so they are ALWAYS on the go and planning ahead.

“Professionally, I have over 10 years of experience in the human nutrition field. I have a Doctorate degree (PhD) in nutrition and metabolism (CAN), I am a certified sports nutrition coach (USA) and a Licenciado in Nutricion (MEX; Nutrition degree 5 years length) as well as a personal trainer specialist (CAN) with numerous specialities. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, and in multiple athletic and fitness centres. Last but not least, I am a competitive athlete. Few in the fitness and nutrition industry can match my education and hands-on experience not just professionally but also as an athlete.”

Pilates for Runners

“After years of battling a weight loss roller coaster, I found my passion in running. I took this new found joy to the next level, and began running ultra marathons, which is something I never imagined I was capable of. During this time, it became a passion to motivate and educate others, and while I have been in the fitness industry I have been able to impact the lives of teens, teams, seniors, and every day people as well as working with national and internationally ranked athletes. Pilates has given me the strength and ability to do the things I love outdoors.”


On August 30th at 7AM MDT Keri will be hosting a LIVE Pilates For Runners session that will be strength based for recovery.
